Happy Dance!

imagesYAY!!  1st Goal Met – 10 lbs off my body! I feel better, but I can’t deny it’s a daily struggle. I can only hope that it gets easier and I don’t think about how delicious a bite of chocolate cake would make me feel! (You know what I’m talking about)I am still making my lunch, or going to Subway for a sandwich. I’m drinking a liter of water, but need to drink more. Fruit is incorporated twice a day. Let’s talk exercise…. I am walking only twice a week for 30 minutes. I need to do exercise more, but that’s where I’m at right now.

Please – Do a happy dance in your mind for me! SMILE and encourage me with your vibes. I’m THRILLED. Now moving on to letting go of  the next 10 lbs.  My body is wonderful and I’m grateful for all it does for me.
